@PoliceUg Can the Uganda Police also implement some solid reforms focusing on a more robust spatial considerations in crime monitoring, analysis etc? Can a concept like geo-prevention gain more visibility in the country? As a spatial planner I can make a contribution here also.
I have always struggled for audience with the Police to get an opportunity where i can advocate for spatial considerations in crime prevention. For every crime to happen, there must be location involved. But how seriously do Police handle issues of location?
