This notification could shake the foundation of emergency medicine speciality in India. The progress made so far would be in vain. This notification needs to be amended to include emergency medicine speciality asap.
Congratulations to Dr Rupesh Bokade for playing a pivotal role in rescuing many patients who were stranded at Chandratal, a hill station in Himachal Pradesh. His expertise in the field of emergency medicine played a vital role in stabilization and immediate care to patients.

@RCollEM Feeling sorry for the candidates. The new format is indeed tough and this kind of behaviour is totally inappropriate. Hope the college elaborates on the technical fault and check their previous sittings too.
If everyone who has ever been grateful for the NHS followed and retweeted we would reach a million by midnight.
We will all need the NHS at some point in our lives, so let's all come together to protect it.
@DrJanviL You have done your homework very well early on. All the best. Every system has its own merits and demerits. But yes, very valid points raised.

Aortic dissection has always been one of the fatal diagnosis which never should be missed, in this era of modern medicine where resources are available. Let's hope to improve decison making in these cases.
Another tragic case of misdiagnosed #AorticDissection revealed by the Coroner's inquest into the death of 24yo mum Chloe Lumb at @SouthTees in Jan 2021. Thx for highlighting this important issue @JournoGeorgiaB #THINKAORTA https://t.co/v8AwmBtYzZ
@DrJanviL Implied consent is when you can assume that the subject is okay with being photographed without explicit written or oral permission.
Baby: I am not okay with that, doctor saab
@official_aima@NMC_IND@MoHFW_INDIA@mansukhmandviya@PMOIndia@ANI Rather than putting the onus on the medical students, (who ofcourse weren't the prime cause or predictor of covid pandemic), the responsible body should provide some leniency in the light of the pandemic. Do not always be critical, be kind sometimes.
@jim_crawfurd Corridor medicine is highly risky but I wonder who is going to stand up for them (patients). The usual message passed on during handovers are - Go and see the patients somewhere. And that 'somewhere' is???? Using fancy terms such as 'never events' seldom addresses the real issue
