Aortic dissection has always been one of the fatal diagnosis which never should be missed, in this era of modern medicine where resources are available. Let's hope to improve decison making in these cases.

Do not always be critical, be kind sometimes.

@jim_crawfurd Corridor medicine is highly risky but I wonder who is going to stand up for them (patients). The usual message passed on during handovers are - Go and see the patients somewhere. And that 'somewhere' is???? Using fancy terms such as 'never events' seldom addresses the real issue
