Here is a quick relationship booster: with everyone you talk to today, try to listen more than you talk. Listen, be curious, and ask them questions. Watch them open up and flourish. Enjoy who they are and your moment of knowing them better. Leave them better than you found them.
Here is a good boundaries test: See if you can just say “no, that’s not something I want to do,” without justifying it or giving excuses. Sometimes the dog really didn’t eat your homework...you just wanted to make a different choice:)
