I optimised a lysozyme-assisted TRIzol extraction method to obtain high-integrity RNA from the antibiotic-producing bacterium Amycolatopsis lurida

After MONTHS of battling with this bloody bacteria, I FINALLY have a viable RNA extraction method 🦠
(Minus that one bit of DNA - my greedy pipetting oops 😬)
