@LisaMillar we should talk and write about how much organisations are losing when discriminating on age, I write on it all the time. Also those narrow minded managers doing it should be marked down for promotions and career.

Why lose all that experience at 50 when a person may want to work till 75?
After completing my PhD at 54 I believe you can contribute at any age.
