@DerGraslutscher Leider sterben immer wieder Radfahrer:innen, weil im Straßenverkehr u. bei extra gefährlichen Fahrzeugen (u.a. vom Bau) falsche Prioritäten gelten. Meine Schwester wurde v. abbiegenden Muldenkipper getötet mit 35. 3 Kinder sind Halbwaisen. Meine Anteilnahme gilt den Angehörigen!

Good news in oncology. Despite disagreement about the additional benefit, #Sotorasib (#Lumykras) will remain on the German market! Decision of the GBA on this targeted therapy needs to be fixed soon. A very good signal for the patients with transparent communication from #AMGEN.

@CyclingDoctor Yes, not completely the same, but equal. Janssen or J&J seem to avoid the german benefit program for teclistamab at the moment.

Bad news in oncology/#mmsm. After recent conditional EMA authorization Janssen won‘t bring Teclistamab (Tecvayli) to the german market at the moment. Reasons are disagreement with german benefit program and reimbursement issues. Thats bad news for all german myeloma patients.

@sbra0x Glaube bisher nicht endgültig. Ein Kostenantrag und ein Import über ggf. die internationale Apotheke ist generell wahrscheinlich möglich. Die Bürokratie ist allerdings unermesslich und von niemandem zu leisten. Effektiv würde es auch (logistisch) nicht zur Verfügung stehen.

Leider Bad News Onkologie. Sotorasib (Lumykras), EMA-zugelassen, neu, wirksam, zielgerichtet bei KRAS G12C Mutation beim rezidivierten nicht-kleinzelligen Lungenkarzinom, könnte in Deutschland vom Markt verschwinden. Aus Kostengründen. Hintergrund: https://t.co/NYxJ27Zn9d

@CrozrX @myESMO @EMA_News @peters_solange @FAndreMD @KRASKickers Problem is even larger. Not only reimbursement/benefit program in 🇩🇪 (and from your private account - you will be broke immediatly). Sotorasib won‘t be available in german pharmacies. So it is physically not there. Workarounds are possible, very complex, hardly feasible.
