It feels like they're prioritising speed over passenger experience, and that's really frustrating when it impacts keeping their customer at stake.

Reached gate at 11:25 for 11:50 flight. No staff, boarding closed. Flight departed at 11:35! No updates sent. Convenience fees and no communication?
