@coollyndz @FeliciaJCox @sas_sobauk @ross_moy Yep entonox is a vital tool in paeds ED and often avoids unnecessary GA for procedures like suturing. Penthrox not licensed in children so I have no experience, which is a shame as I’ve heard it has more of a dissociative effect than entonox

This weekend has seen the most challenging shifts I’ve experienced in the 8 years I’ve been working. Impossible volumes, no where near enough staff, patients unable to access any other resource (reports of holding 2 hours for nhs24 then being cut off/rinse/repeat).
