Developing nations even in state of war signed treaty that we won’t target our education institutions b/c it turned loss of generations & here we specifically target & discourage educationist, feels as a threat of status-quo.

In Pakistan, processing fee to apply for faculty position used to be between 2500-4000RS. Now universities are demanding 5K from jobless PhDs to apply merely for TTS assistant professor post. #savePhDs

Even Nust is hiring regular visiting faculty (RVF). Visiting faculty is not a regular position and its experience is not counted in job market. Govt must allocate funds for the regular position so that we can produce true researchers

#savePhDd most of the programs in public in universities are being run by visiting faculty proves that 1000s of seats are lying vacant that need to be filled by regular faculty. Unemployed PhDs can't apply for funding/FDP or post doc through HEC.
