🎤 I stopped writing my own investor decks.
Last Friday evening I closed my laptop, walked to an empty park near the office, and just talked for 50 minutes — the numbers, the risks, and how we'll level up the business based on what customers keep telling us.
A brainstorm of one.
By the time I sat back down, my @ComuAI_ device had turned the ramble into a structured doc. My capital markets team took it from there — under an hour, with AI, final deck done. Ready for the right moment.
Taking @Waterdrop_Inc from 0 → IPO taught me this:
A deck is never the thinking. It's the packaging.
No real thought behind it, no soul — just hollow slides and wasted time.

Saw an indie dev’s new vibe coding setup — no keyboard, just a mic, headphones, and a foot pedal.
Turns out the most AI-savvy people on my team all have one new desk essential: a microphone.
Lots of folks here switched to “voice-first workstations”, so I tried it too.
It’s not just faster than typing. The best part? AI gets you even when you’re rambling, unpolished thoughts and all.
Now I just talk through half-baked ideas straight to AI, stream of consciousness.
Typing makes you edit out the messy thinking, only leaving “final” conclusions.
Talking lets your whole thought process unfold naturally.
That meandering, “pointless” chit-chat? That’s the richest context for AI.
I’ve been using @ComuAI_ to record chats and meetings. Beyond auto-recaps and action items, it catches details I missed in the moment — super useful.
Old way: Think it all through first, then ask AI.
New way: Think out loud. With smart audio, AI is always listening, always helping.
Voice might just be AI’s native interface.

👧 Last night, my 4-year-old daughter walked into my study.
I was "working" — leaving long voice memos for my AI tools, deep in a product decision.
No keyboard. No typing. Just talking... nonstop.
She watched for a while, then asked:
"Dad, what are you busy with?"
"A very patient assistant. Never gets tired of my half-finished sentences. My logic comes out all over the place — yet it always hands me back sharp advice, plus ideas I'd never have thought of."
She nodded, then said the most 2026 thing I've ever heard in my life:
"Oh. I have one of those on my iPad. I thought everyone did."
She's never learned to type. Never had to.
To her generation, talking to a computer isn't a "feature."
It's just how computers work.
We spent 20 years learning to think like machines — folders, file formats, search keywords.
They won't spend a single day. Machines finally learned to think like us.
The most magical part of my job: the future I'm building is one my daughter already lives in. Every day I use OpenAI, @Kimi_Moonshot, @ComuAI_ — building decks, recording and distilling meetings. To her, it's as ordinary as flipping a light switch. 🎙️
❌ Old way: teach kids more vocabulary, faster typing.
✅ New way: teach them to speak their ideas out loud, clearly.

他在采访中说苹果招聘主要关注三个特质：

🤝协作——相信团队合作能够成倍提升成果（1+1=3）；

👀好奇心——真正渴望了解事物运作的原理和人们的思维方式；

🎨创造力——跳出思维定式，洞察事物背后的本质。

这和我在水滴的感受很像，��人入职往往三四年就差距很大，拉开差距的核心原因其实并不是技能，是自驱力和好奇心。

库克说，调研可以告诉你用户当下的需求，但人类的创造性直觉才能预见用户三年后的需求。

苹果下一个十年，选择了机械工程师出身的特努斯。

职业生涯中，最重要的判断，是知道什么时候该坚持，什么时候该出发。

刚工作不久，我曾遇到一个更高薪、也更接近创业的机会。我心动过，也差点离开。

后来，兴哥专程来挽留我。他没有只谈眼前的待遇，而是和我聊美团的未来，也告诉我：“美团需要我。”

那一刻我意识到，判断一份工作值不值得做，不只看薪水和头衔，还要看：

•这个行业，能不能让你持续积累
•这群人，值不值得长期信任
•这份工作，能不能让你承担更大的责任、获得真正的成长

现在看，这段坚持没有让我错过创业，反而让我更有底气走上创业的路。
