@AirbnbHelp
We're Airbnb hosts trying to get a legitimate retaliatory-review case escalated after exhausting the normal appeal process.
A guest left our property requiring documented excessive/deep cleaning. We submitted photos and professional cleaning documentation, and Airbnb approved our entire $110 claim.
After being notified of the claim, the guest sent hostile messages and then left a 1-star review centered on that exact dispute.
We've appealed twice, but Support will not meaningfully address whether the underlying excessive-cleaning incident violated Airbnb's Guest Ground Rules or evaluate the review in that context.
We're not asking Airbnb to remove a review simply because it's negative. We're asking for a senior Reviews Policy specialist to review the documented chronology and apply Airbnb's retaliatory-review policy.
@AirbnbHelp — can someone please escalate this case to a team with authority to review it?
@Lodgify it would have helped if you notified your customers about the major changes happening to messaging as I had two different guests waiting outside of the property and they never received their check in instructions. This is very disappointing.
@fbsecurity my wife's account was hacked and her email/phone number were changed. I cannot even find her account on FB. How can I get it back? When I go to https://t.co/3SX62lF6PA, I cannot find an account with her phone number or email. How do I recover the account?
@zillow So for Ticket 9704584, I only manage one property. I do not want to have to pay the multi-property weekly payment of $9.99 if I don't have to. How do I archive/remove a duplicate property from my account to avoid paying this fee?
Thank you!
@zillow How do I contact support for a duplicate rental property under my account? I've tried emailing, the website's contact form, and calling the support number. No response. It's been nearly two weeks.
