$sgen Thieves stole my $CASC I didn't get mad, I got even. Placed a GTC at 48.50 (600M mkt cap less than the $52/share they raised to buy $CASC ) and waited. Filled Wednesday. Got my $CASC back for free - boom! I'm going to lay back on the pillow and smoke a cigarette.
$ttph mgmt. team is a deer in headlights facing the of reality of massive shift in financial position of Feb 13th. Dithering and rain-dancing will lead to the inevitable reverse split and frantic dilution death spiral. What a shame.
@TheMach99@KunalNY6 My concern is that mgmt will dither rather than accept that they have gone from predator to prey. It will create a cash flow crisis this summer
@TheMach99@KunalNY6 Mikey, Linkedin makes me feel better about CFO leaving. She doesn't hang around long. https://t.co/3cMAb7aPY3 They'll need to raise $, merge or sell, listen to Q4(?) 2017 cc - CEO's comments on fewer players in 2018. How does the "science" look to you?
@KunalNY6@TheMach99 I went back and listened to all the cc's and bot in so I inched in today at $5.4. Good price, $3 is ridiculous. I haven't researched their BOD but they have enough cash to pretty themselves up and sell. The brothers will want their money back.
@TheMach99 Thank you Mikey. Price acts a lot like CASC. Looks like will use ATM to finance future. If approved, Does mgmt have skill set? Do they lease a sales force & try to go alone? Do they sell themselves? Do they fit into any big pharma's wheelhouse? hmmm
