I am delighted to attend the release ceremony of Shri @rammadhav_ ji’s latest book, "The New World: 21st Century Global Order and India," graced by the Hon’ble Vice-President of India (@VPIndia), Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar ji, who formally launched the book in New Delhi today.

I am also grateful to have received a personal copy from Shri Ram Madhav ji. The book offers a compelling and thought-provoking exploration of the changing dynamics of global power - from the rise and fall of dominant nations and the decline of multilateralism to the emergence of a new multipolar world order. Through an interdisciplinary lens, it addresses pressing global challenges such as the rise of China, the impact of frontier technologies like artificial intelligence, demographic shifts, and climate change.

Importantly, the book also reflects on India’s growing role in shaping the global narrative and its place in the evolving balance of power in the 21st century.

This system will dump very heavy to extremely heavy rainfall accumulation(150-350mm) in west #UttarPradesh and #Uttarakhand in next 48 hours starting tonight, Take necessary safety actions and avoid outdoors at any cost, risk of cloudburst and flash flood looms large over #Uttarakhand.
On the other hand consistent heavy rains(70-200mm) are expected in #Delhi NCR #Haryana #Chandigarh later tonight into tomorrow/Friday first half - Risk of water logging in low lying areas is high. Take precautions and stay safe.

After drone attacks in West Imphal, today Kuki terrorists carried out Hamas kind of rocket attack on the house of Manipur's first Chief Minister Mairembam Koireng Singh, just 100 metres away from the Indian National Army (INA) Museum in the heart of Moirang town. Attack left 1 priest performing some puja dead and 5 others injured including a 13-year-old girl. Rocket had an estimated range of 3-5 kms.
