@TopDriverIndia Problem arises when a 3 wheeler or a heavy, underpowered vehicle at 15-20kmph talking on phone occupies the right most lane or a narrow flyover and slows down huge traffic behind them. It is a routine sight on Hyderabad roads every minute.
