An article I have co-authored, just published in the @EMAJournal.

@SAEMonline there seems to be a recurrent "typo" in this excellent guideline you produced
https://t.co/F2Qg9D53bS
After defining the 3rd syndrome as "triggered" EVS, at several points in doc, the word "triggered" has been replaced with "transient" in t-EVS (e.g. end of p448)
This new GRACE-3 Guideline from @SAEMonline on Acute Dizziness & Vertigo in ED is the best educational document I've seen on this topic. Definitely worth a read. #FOAMed

@drjeremygoldin @broomedocs We have a tendency in critical care to reject non-evidence based dogma.
Also U misunderstood my bar joke. Not about my skills. The maths=10 attempts/2 =5 per Resp Phys junior doc. It was a joke.
Now please find someone else to annoy. Have final say if U want then stop. [4/x]
@drjeremygoldin @broomedocs The evidence you search for is a study of patient outcomes modern critical care practice (mostly VBGs with occas ABGs) versus your 90’s practice of exclusive ABGs. There is no evidence the latter will do anything other than hurt patients unnecessarily. [3/x]
