It’s a very good & important discussion. We all can do better in improving the medical literature process. We want patient to get the best care, based on the best evidence.

This talk is ground breaking. It questions everything you have been taught, everything you know bout statistics, how we use the P value and why it's all wrong! A true eye opener. All of us in the scientific community should go through this atleast once and think. #EBM2

EBM as a concept must survive but as it stands is horribly broken-both conduct & interpretation. It’s a censored fantasy world with most relevant data hidden/misrepresented then twisted by misunderstood statistics. I’m hoping we can save it together-update to #EBM2
