@mcbill @covid101 It's hard to know what to do in this situation. For healthcare providers, we would allow her to go back to work, with a mask... If she is truly asymptomatic and your baby is not compromised, I would consider unmasking at day 15ish. But there is little data to guide us.

@Boghuma That’s a lot of pus based on the image. If there’s clinical stability and you really can’t get the VATS, I would call it source control and sit tight on my abx.
