HORRIBLE SERVICE by @IndiGo6E Flight number 6E 6734 from Vijayawada to Delhi. After 4.5 hr flight delay, the flight wasn’t open for 1 hour, luggage hasn’t come on belt for 2 hours. Waiting in airport premises for past 12 hours for a 2-hour journey. UTTERLY IRRITATING!

It was 1:30 AM. Despite me, unable to remember exact location of my lost luggage, the kind CISF staff posted, took responsibility onto themselves and a team of few personnels helped me track it down though cameras and activity tracking and handed it over to me safely
