I woke up with this heavy on my heart. It’s so fascinating to me when we operate in a system where the loudest person yelling “equity” every moment and frauding to highlight “representation, equality and justice” continues to exclude a particular group of people is fraudulent behavior.
Last night, listening to a truth teller, Dr. Cornell West speaking facts on history, patriarchy and all the isms grounded me. It is dangerous when we sit and watch and join the gaslighting and Racelighting. If you are about the work make sure your humanity and dignity aligns with your mouth.
