The millennium reference is to reframe perspectives on events after the turn, not melodrama.

@GeodesicForce @tomri33le @eigenrobot A new amendment hasn't been passed in this millennium, ~34 years and counting, the federal government and states are too divided for 3/4th agreement on basically anything anymore. The minority party will stonewall the majority just to prevent them getting credit at this point.

@Aviation_Intel They're perfectly positioned to reestablish themselves as a central trade hub via ground, and could rebuild their economy with trade while oil infrastructure is repaired, and we could make a deal to rapidly repair and lay down other infrastructure in exchange for future oil.
