@oncor @ERCOT_ISO This is UNACCEPTABLE. The amount of incompetence is disturbing. This demands an investigation from the top down. No contingency plans in place, no clear directions. The only black outs should be NON essential business that use the most. A residential customer is ESSENTIAL!
