श्री राहुल घोसलिया, पुत्र पूर्व सैनिक श्री बंशीधर घोसलिया (ग्राम नयाबास, तहसील शाहपुरा, जिला जयपुर) वर्तमान में Karaganda Medical University, कजाकिस्तान में MBBS के पाँचवें वर्ष के छात्र हैं।

8 अक्टूबर से वे वेंटिलेटर पर हैं और उनकी हालत गंभीर व नाज़ुक बनी हुई है।

इस संबंध में मैंने मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय एवं जिला कलेक्टर जयपुर से वार्ता कर विदेश मंत्रालय और भारतीय दूतावास, कज़ाख़स्तान से तत्काल संपर्क कर आवश्यक सहायता प्रदान करने का अनुरोध किया है।

मैं राहुल की सुरक्षित चिकित्सा और शीघ्र स्वस्थ होने की कामना करता हूँ।
साथ ही राजस्थान सरकार से आग्रह है कि मानवीय आधार पर शीघ्र हस्तक्षेप सुनिश्चित करे।

Rahul Ghosaliya, a 5th-year MBBS student in Kazakhstan and the only son of an Ex-Army family from Jaipur (Rajasthan), is currently on a ventilator since October 8th. His condition is critical and requires immediate air-lifting to India for advanced medical care.

Rahul’s father, an Ex-Army man, is already battling paralysis, and the family is under immense hardship.
We earnestly request the Government of India and the Rajasthan Government to intervene and arrange his emergency transfer to India.

Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs) encounter significant career roadblocks due to delays in starting mandatory internships in India. States like Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan,Maharashtra..etc often take 4-5 months after result declaration to allocate internship seats, stalling professional growth. These delays exacerbate financial and mental burdens.
A streamlined process, with internships starting within 2 months of releasing scorecard, would mitigate these issues, enabling FMGs to contribute to India’s healthcare system sooner.
The National Medical Commission (@NMC_BHARAT ) can enforce uniform timelines, standardize documentation, and coordinate with state medical councils to eliminate bureaucratic bottlenecks.
This reform would reduce stress, enhance career momentum, and address workforce shortages.

The NMC (@NMC_BHARAT) should issue a final notice based on all previous notices regarding FMGs. Over the years, multiple notices have been issued for FMGs, leading to confusion among various state councils and implicating different rules in different states.
The document should encompass details regarding the internship, stipend, FMGL regulations, and eligibility criteria.
These regulations may be referred as THE FINAL NOTICE for FMGs, based on all prior notifications.
If @NMC_BHARAT needs help with this, I can summarize all of this in just 5-6 hours, which will save time and effort for FMGs students and state councils, ultimately leading to a better future for FMGs & health care.
