1. Recognizing that the most sophisticated high-end AI semiconductor chips are manufactured in Taiwan and the remarkable development of Taiwan after abandonment by multilaterals, I offer my suggestions on a shift to minilateralism.
2. Call for hearings on innovation in multilaterals, including potential use of $6 billion in non-income-tax-paying staff accounts of IMF/World Bank staff in new financial products for reconstruction in Gaza and Ukraine, before any new Capital Increase.
