HMPV કેસ નોંધાયો એ વાત સાંભળીને કૃપા કરીને ગભરાશો નહીં.🙏🏼
1️⃣ વાયરસ પૃથ્વી પર 2001 થી અસ્તિત્વમાં છે. તો સ્વાભાવિક પણે ઘણા ખરા દેશોમાં તેની હાજરી હોવાની!
2️⃣ શિયાળાના મહિનામાં અન્ય વાઈરલ ઇન્ફેક્શન ની જેમ આની સંખ્યામાં પણ ઉછાળો આવે છે.
3️⃣ HMPV રોગની ક્લિનિકલ લક્ષણો બાળકોમાં જોવા મળતા અન્ય એક વાઇરસ RSV વાઇરસ જેવા જ છે જેની અમે બાળરોગ નિષ્ણાતો વર્ષોથી સારવાર કરી રહ્યા છીએ.
4️⃣ મોટાભાગના કેસો શરદી ઉધરસથી આગળ વધતા નથી કે ગંભીર તકલીફ નથી આપતા.
5️⃣ ઉંમર એક વર્ષથી નાની હોય કે શિશુમાં વિવિધ અન્ય કારણો (હૃદય ની જન્મજાત તકલીફ,કિડની રોગ, આનુવંશિક રોગ વગેરે) દ્વારા રોગપ્રતિકારક શક્તિ ઓછી ન થાય ત્યાં સુધી ગંભીર તકલીફ/જટિલતાઓ થવાની શક્યતા ઓછી હોય છે.
6️⃣ સારવાર/સંભાળ માત્ર લક્ષણો આધારિત હોય છે.
7️⃣ એક અમેરિકન રસી HMPV માટે તબક્કા 1 માં સંશોધનાત્મક કક્ષાએ છે.
8️⃣ હાલમાં ચીની CDC કહે છે કે કુલ શ્વસનતંત્રના કેસના 5.6% HMPV છે એટલેકે તેની સૂચિમાં અન્ય ઘણા વાયરસ પણ છે. કોવિડ જેવી એક વાઈરસથી ઉપદ્રવ હોય એવું નથી.
9️⃣ ગભરાશો નહીં. અફવા ન ફેલાવો.
👉🏼 ભારતીય તબીબી વ્યવસ્થા તેને સંભાળવા માટે પૂરતી પરિપક્વ છે. વ્યાપારી હેતુઓ માટે ફેલાવાતા ડરનો શિકાર ન બનો.

માતાના શરૂઆતી દૂધ એટલેકે કોલોસ્ટ્રમ માં એક આખી શ્વેતકણની ફોજ હોય છે! શ્વેતકણો શરીરના રક્ષક કોષ છે.
કોલોસ્ટ્રમ અને અમુક મહિના પછીનું આગળનું દૂધ ભલે એ એકજ માટેનું હોય અલગ પડે છે. શ્વેતકણો ની સંખ્યા કોલોસ્ટ્રમમાં વધુ હોય છે અને સ્તનપાનના પ્રથમ મહિનામાં તે ઘટે છે, એટલે કે પરિપક્વ દૂધમાં કોલોસ્ટ્રમ ની સાપેક્ષ માત્ર 2% શ્વેતકણો હોય છે, પરિણામે કોલોસ્ટ્રમમાં આશરે 1 અબજ કોષો/ml અને પરિપક્વ દૂધમાં માં ઘટીને માત્ર એક લાખ કોષો/ml હોય છે!
આ ખૂબ ઉપયોગી છે શરૂઆતી સમયમાં નવજાતની ઓછી સક્ષમ ઈમ્યુનિટી ને મદદરૂપ થઈ રોગથી બચાવ અર્થે. આ સિવાય અન્ય ઈમ્યુનિટી આપતા એન્ટી બોડી પણ ભરસક પ્રમાણમાં હોય છે.
દુનિયાનો કોઈ દૂધના પાવડરનો ડબ્બો આ ન આપી શકે.
