@WiseOldDog2@Master_Modeler I meant to reply to this. I did read the bill. The funny part is they say "Mini-14" on an example but didn't mention it was Ranch Rifle only.
Print it out, get the tactical, and tell them you followed their guidance.
I did buy an assault rifle today. ๐
@Fidelity Congrats to me! If you get this error, you can never logon. Save your key strokes. Your muted. I'd rather the money be burned than deal with your incompetence.
@Real_DebSter@DawnsMission@BasedMikeLee Digitizing health records is a cornerstone of HIPAA. HITECH made under Obama with strong support of the GOP, considering they were in power. The second part of your tweet is ignorance, and you can't help that.
@SusanRe73106992 HIPAA protects your medical records in the custody of a COVERED ENTITY (45 CFR 160.102) without patient authorization.
That does not include what's in your head, nothing after four years.
@erinsongbird@Dr_WileyX@libsoftiktok@RealTomHoman I agree. The first step is for a hospital not to track status. It's a scare tactic. It will affect very few as to the law, but it will affect many people regardless.
@Dr_WileyX@erinsongbird@libsoftiktok@RealTomHoman I think some of this is speculative because I think ICE would already have a warrant. If the person was an inpatient, they could put them under custody in their room. The guidance hasn't changed how ICE operates, but rather, WHERE they operate.
@LinRose94 @100FrogLegs@AndreaCohenHaim I was speaking of the laws that TX passed after Haim came forward. It is common sense that if a law is passed, it is not a duplicate of an existing law.
