It’s not hard to put yourself in her shoes either though. It’s easy to say you’d handle it better from behind a keyboard when you can literally see someone fighting for their life.

Police aren’t trained as soldiers, not even near equivalent training. Mistakes happen in the Fog of War, tenfold it for people who aren’t properly combat trained.

It’s an enormous cost that they cannot afford. Cops are not soliders they are law enforcers
