The only people who could have "forced out" Johnson were his own constituents, in a by-election at Uxbridge.

He ran away, rather than face their judgement.

MPs should stop feeding these "establishment" fantasies.

Those MPs “stepping down” before the completion of their terms are frauds - they were elected for 5 years not till “when they feel like it”
They should be charged the cost (which we all pay) of a new election
