Obviously I’m experiencing from an ocean away, but I’ve largely seen Arsenal fans being happy and having fun rather than enacting some sort of banter revenge tour.
nobody wanted Arsenal to win the Prem because we thought their fans were gonna be unbearable and annoying, but whats ended up happening is everyone else has become completely unbearable instead, crying and belittling their achievements as much as possible just to fuel agendas
Every ritual starts somewhere. What’s the alternative? A statute of limitations on songs. How long has City done the Poznan? Culture keeps moving. I wasn’t sure about The Angel at first. I was wrong (unusual, I know). Now it’s one of my favourite parts when I’m able to go.
Lovely video and good to have the actual explanation out there (again) cos, again, too much space is taken up by rage baiters and people only half paying attention.
Genuinely wild that the same writers who complain (often rightly) about fans behaving like idiots act like thin-skinned whiny piss babies on here. Like, does Jacob genuinely believe that disallowed goal should have stood? As for Arteta, he was full of praise for PSG after 🤷♂️
Am sure Arteta can accept not getting the rub of the green as he realised “how difficult and big is the referee’s job” when the decision went Arsenal’s way against West Ham 😉
I would assume it's because big Gabi stepped up as a leader. Obviously that didn't work out great, but it is what it is. On a purely human level I'm glad Noni won't get the abuse he'd have got if that were his miss. At least Gabi has max credit in the bank.
It's going to hurt badly for a few days, but I don't feel as hollowed out as I did last time. We ran the team that were the supposed favourites very close. I don't want to dwell on the ref because it just eats you up. Take a break & come back strong. We've got a title to defend.
@arse2mouse Same - it was a match clearly showing where summer transfers are needed. Left wing up a notch in quality so teams can't just nullify Saka.
Full back positions impacted by ongoing injury concerns. Hincapie excellent and Mosq did well until yellow card but Timber and Cal fragile
@stefdicembre Aye, if you’d offer me this at the start of the season I … well you don’t want to know exactly what I’d have done. But I would have taken it.
