@BipedalBastard Lot has been said about this already, how incredibly creative while also faithful to the source material this is, but for me it's also incredible just how much detail you put in. The way the soldier's ears twitch at 0:21 is amazing. Who would even think of that?! Awesome!!
@KaelanRamos That was an interesting revelation to me too. Devs back then weren't going for a "pixel art" look, they were trying to emulate styles like cartoons etc. Areas that might even look off as pure pixels (often) had an intended outcome on (many) CRTs. Good to keep in mind
@senkijk@FreyaHolmer We're not talking about AI in general though, we're talking about the decision made in regards to this song and video and Freya is bringing up valid points. There is good (and ethical) purpose for AI in art but this decision specifically seems like a slap in the face of artists.
@HistoryofHyrule @r1kgames I cannot believe that at some point I realized that Zelda looks "a bit greek idk" in her character design but never considered looking at the rest of the game through the same lens. That is such an awesome revelation to me aaaah
@MarioBrothBlog Biggest shock here is that you're also German. Wie schön, liebe Grüße! <3 But this was a good read, too. Thanks for this, and thanks for your hard work on this account that I manually search for when the algorithm doesn't bring it up!
@Yamaimii@BitesDev He released the source code, so you could take the project, open it in Godot and export/build the game yourself! ... I think?

@ChromiusMixin @BitesDev Could all of that be related to dead zones? The game doesn't seem to account for them, but I had a flawless experience with my 8BitDo Pro 2, which has a bit of dead zone set by default. Not sure if it would explain all the things you experienced, but perhaps?
@Dog_head_02@zearcier Not being able to find the author/artist doesn't mean it's free to use or trace over. This is an absolute no-go, no matter your intent. Please keep this mind for your other work.
