@Birdprenorphine@r0ja_x@L0m3z Why was he saying “I can’t breathe” when he was still up on his feet actively resisting arrest? You haven’t seen the bodycam video, have you?
@Birdprenorphine@r0ja_x@L0m3z If you watch the bodycam footage (have you?), there’s a point at which the person involved states “I ate too many drugs”…yep
@tomieinlove@pmarca@captgouda24 If you rely on an inanimate object that can be broken/unplugged or jam/run out of ammo…you’re not equal. Least of all in hard times (when it’s really going to count)
@simonhewittof@ksorbs A close relative of the Hennepin County coroner (performed the autopsy) was a customer of mine. The coroner had to move his family into hiding at that time d/t death threats. Of course Floyd’s family hired their own guy to do a second autopsy…they eventually pocketed $millions
1) it was a department-sanctioned restraint technique for use with a perp who presents danger to self or others (state of excited delirium — look it up), applied by a 145 lb man to the posterior neck (NOT the trachea/windpipe) of a 240 lb man
2) Perp is heard saying “I can’t breathe” while he is still up on his feet and actively resisting arrest
3) He couldn’t breathe bc he had swallowed 3-4x the lethal dose of fentanyl
4) He was in the ER for sky-high blood pressure in May of **2019** — a year earlier — bc he had…swallowed a bunch of fentanyl during a traffic stop
But hey, facts shmacts…what’s important is you feeling morally superior, right?
