Previous life goal: (still in progress)
"Raise the quality of 'love' that people are willing to accept."
New life goal: (in tandem)
"Enable as many people as possible to enjoy being themselves."
I'm a born bureaucrat. I like schedules and forms and grids. Tax instructions sing to me. In a perfect world, I'd be a functionary.
But in this world, with these problems, I'm going to end up running an event space and teaching people how to communicate with each other.
@callanable@imoimo______ I very much enjoy BREAD from Sofi Tukker and Afterglow from Saint Motel. And Frugit doesn't really do "albums" but if you listen to all their cat-based singles it kinda feels like one.
I like to imagine a parallel world where Aella is associated with an 1800's style old-boys explorer's club where the members just wander around being curious and then meetup once a month to read each other's research notes over beer.
I scraped tryst a while back to look at escort pricing. What physical traits correlate with high prices? Where in the US are prices the highest? Do lower priced ladies use different vocabularies?

@triciapickren I low-key wanna acquire a suit just to shoot a fan video to Raye's "Where is My Husband" in which a guy in a suit can be seen searching through a variety of populated locations.
(they are *all* sometimes feelings, my point is that aiming for "perpetual happiness" will fuck you up...and actually make you last happy in the long run)
@yyallian@selflathing It's hard to care about a goal that's four steps removed from current situation.
{Money (for) Nice Life (for) Kid (who) we don't have.}
Clear moves towards having said kid would help.
Visualizing specific uses for the money (preschool is HOW much?!) might also help.
@9chabard You can see that these are all 30 degrees off of upright. 30 is represented by the Hebrew letter Lamed and is first used to describe the age of Adam (130 years) when he had his son Seth. And the label at the top is an insult. Therefore it means "FOOL! GO HAVE A KID!"
@yyallian REAL serious question: what do you want to DO with that additional money? {my (lack of) motivation for money scales with the (lack of ) value I could get from it}
@nadiainthought nature be *crazy*
the world is fractally interesting
MY fascination is people, but this means I get glimpses into THEIR fascinations and wow is the world big.
@suchnerve I absolutely have this. I can be deeply attentive to one person, so I tend to pull people into 10 minute exchanges at the edges of big gatherings.
