@SpeculatorArt And based on recent evidence during Covid, the majority will either spend it immediately or pay down debt, both of which resulting in the money finding its way back to… billionaires. It’s almost like they got their money by people giving it to them in exchange for things.
@paulg If you used an email@ your own domain they often flag due to perceived lack of domain trust. Use a gmail account to create it and it won’t have the same problem.
This post is hitting a nerve for a lot of creatives.
A lot of my friends are still in the film and creative industries. I used to be too.
I totally understand how upsetting it is to see a craft you’ve spent years mastering get changed so quickly by AI.
I’m not saying this is automatically the best way.
I’m also not saying it works for every type of video.
What I am saying is this is a new method that is working for me. And I do think this is where a lot of video production is heading. Maybe not at every level, but I think it will become very common, very fast.
So I’d urge you to learn more before rejecting it just because it’s different from how you’ve always done it.
This is happening in every industry right now. There are real pros and real cons. And yes, it can be scary.
But stay curious.
Instead of shutting it down, take time to understand it.
See if you actually believe in it.
If you do, you can get ahead of the curve.
If you don’t, you’ll still have an informed opinion and can keep doing what works for you.
Either way, stay curious my friends. We're all in it together.
This is fucking sublime
As I often say, with outputs like this, you need to make at least 5 (good) Suno songs with it before you can really begin to get what it's about
Here is a Suno playlist for this output. The first two songs on it are my favorite: https://t.co/Lq5zGrIW0z
I saw a tiktok about inner monologue, and it made them look crazy like they have v.o. Narration for every single action they take. “I’m hungry. Go eat that taco.” That’s not the normal experience you’re talking about right? monologue is great but if you have to tell yourself to go eat something that can’t be optimal.
People argue past each other on the buy/rent convo: if you’re in a rent controlled major city, gov has permanently fucked your market so it’s not viable as an “investment”, buy for the flex. If you live somewhere houses are built and rented more freely, it’s a solid hedge against inflation when equivalent to rent money, overall a significant win.
@StefanMolyneux There’s a voice in your head telling you “I want a taco” and you either do what it says or argue with it, and you think people who can exercise agency without subvocalizing are the npcs? Maybe you need to talk that one through with the other voices in your head again.
@MiddleearthMixr The lack of windows in proportion to wall space is a big part. Buildings that feel closed off or restrictively private read as untrustworthy.
