deliberately designed judicial system जिसमे न्याय का इंतजार करते करते व्यक्ति दम तोड़ देता है। मज़ेदार बात यह है कि जनता को अदालतों पर बहुत भरोसा है। कुछ ही लोगो को समय मे न्याय मिल जाता है। गरीब और कमजोर व्यक्ति तो अदालत जाने कि हिम्मत भी नही करता है।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦਿਵਿਆਂਗ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਪੋਸਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਪਰ ਬੇਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਡਿਪਲੋਮਾ ਹੋਲਡਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਸਪੈਸ਼ਲ ਐਜੂਕੇਟਰ ਭਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਯੋਗਤਾ 12ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਰੱਖੀ ਜਾਵੇ, ਨਾ ਕਿ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਸ਼ਨ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਤੇ ਯੋਗ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਭਰਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ।

ਆਪ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਤੰਬਰ 2022 ਚ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ 30 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2025 ਤਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਲੈਵਲ ਦੀ ਟੀਚਰ ਭਰਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਯੋਗਤਾ 12 ਜਮਾਤ ਰਹੇਗੀ ਸੋ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ 21 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਭਰਤੀ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਚ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰਤ ਹਟਾ ਕੇ 12 ਵੀ ਜਮਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ।
