After yet another horrible experience with @UnitedAirlines_ warning to #veterans #PTSD survivors #women and people flying out of IAH in #Texas because after years of bad experiences, I was actually assaulted by a United employee.

@UnitedAirlines_ I will be filing yet another formal complaint when I get the completed police report with her name. But the fact that you’ve ignored my case until now proves you don’t value your customers. I hope others hear will fly with caution.
