@FidelityNhw still on the phone waiting for a resolution about a water heater. Had a tech out 5 times, and they’ve created a new issue and say everything is working fine. Come on.
@SouthwestAir why at San Diego airport do you have no TSA precheck for gates 1, 1A and 2? Awful waiting in line for over an hour when you have selected/paid to not do that and then had to do it and empty your bags.

@AskAmex I did last night. They told me they didn’t know why that was happening. They couldn’t give me an answer. They were confused as much as I was. Talked with 3 different people who all said the same thing. Now what?
@AskAmex why is it that https://t.co/HSfueek7e5 shows a discounted price and lower nightly price on their website, but when I log in, that discount rate disappears and the nightly rate increases as well? Your customer service couldn’t tell me either. #baitandswitch
