i want to share something that breaks my heart always ...

a patient comes to you with a problem you diagnose them with cancer after tests .luckily there is a chance for a better prognosis with surgery or chemoradiation then they tell tell you regai timbofambira.

they then come back to you kufambira kwaramba the cancer is now stage 4 they now want the operation but the cancer is now inoperable .

heartbreaking

i always say start with doctors first if they fail then mofambira .or at the bare minimum concurrently.
