@2ndaccincase@ExtremistLs They aren’t wrong.
Human sexuality transcends any man-made religion.
Gay people exist everywhere regardless of culture, race or religion.
@JacobMunson789@ehetobia@YisraelChaiAdam There’s obviously not a gay community in Gaza.
However the OP clearly was talking about gay people existing all together. The belief here is “being gay is a choice, and people who are Muslim don’t choose that”. That’s false.
@Warpstar_707 I’ve already said that Jim Crow laws undeniably had a larger impact.
I said when looking at individuals rather than entire systems, a specific white gay person has 100% experienced a level of psychological or physical suffering equal to that of a black person during JC.
@GioTheEmo1@iamcicinicole@Funny_Lhand Yeah but if you enjoy it to any extent you by definition aren’t straight. Like you can’t have your dick get hard by another man and then claim “I’m straight I just do this for money”.
That’s not how that works
@Warpstar_707 To me it seems like you are upset that what you view as your oppressors (white people) can somehow simultaneously be victims if they are gay. That concept confuses you.
Instead of analyzing it. You reject the concept all together
@Warpstar_707 And black people in America aren’t currently having to deal with their homeland being bombed by Israelis.
If you want to play the suffering olympics you will always lose.
Please enlighten me how anything you said invalidates a white gays sufferings.
@Warpstar_707 I never once dismissed anything you said.
You made a claim that white gays can roam free in America unharmed.
I brought up the claim how that is factually false (Albanian gays) and then you just started talking about how you dislike white people.
@Warpstar_707 That is all true.
What does that have to do with white gays who had nothing to do with any of that and were also victims of horrible hate crimes.
It’s like mentioning that suffering is invalid to you just because they are white.
@Warpstar_707 Why are you generalizing a whole group of people? I’ve personally said multiple times that black people suffered horribly during Jim Crow times. And before those times. And after.
No one’s dismissing anything. I’m genuinely confused by this comment
@Warpstar_707 You are correct that many do have that choice to hide it.
It’s willfully ignorant to act as if everyone has that choice, or as if society even cares if you attempt to hide it. If it shows, that’s all that matters.
@Warpstar_707 False.
Many queer children have been killed before they even knew what being queer was, and only were BECAUSE others picked up on it before they did themselves.
@Warpstar_707 Your argument is “I didn’t have an issue therefore nobody has”
There are absolutely queer individuals who cannot hide their queerness. Like what are you even talking about lmfao.
You are right about black people not being able to hide at all, but that doesn’t negate what I said
@Warpstar_707 Sorry but I think having a self proclaimed distain for white people automatically voids any discussion to the argument at hand.
I’m not labeling you as anything. But don’t counter my valid point with hate. Let’s call it what it is. You don’t get a pass because its towards whites
@MCUWasNeverGood@koreansheeeed You have to read between the lines for that one. People are clearly upset that a white queer person had indeed suffered in a horrible way similar to that of a black person during JC.
My response was mostly a sarcastic joke. That’s obviously not what anyone said word for word
