Anyone noticing if FB is flagging your beer posts. I was posting on a Brewery DTC bill in IL to get people to click the link to show support & it get red flagged for "selling alcohol? #alcoholdtc#alcoholshipping
NY bill S4245 which will allow in & out of state Distilleries to ship spirits DTC in NY State. If you are in NY please click on the LINK to vote YES to this bill. Ihey also had a Brewery Direct to Consumer shipping bill too. #spiritDTC#alcoholDTC https://t.co/Ug64s7NIfN
Starting August 1, 2021 in & out of state wineries can ship DTC in Alabama as Gov Ivey signed a DTC wine shipping bill HB 437 in May 14. Curious why brewery and distillery shipping was not included #winedtc#wineshipping#alcoholdtc https://t.co/HPlNi0pRIw
@beveragepodcast Does this include out of state retailer shipping to these states or just in state alcohol retailer shipping? Are these states changing their ABC laws/passing new retailer DTC bills? AL & MS are a surprise
Nice article explaining why Non Alcoholic spirits aren't as cheap as people think they should be #naspirits#nonalcoholicspirits https://t.co/PNF706xB28
@tomcwark I think this is the 3rd time they've tried getting this thru, do you think it will get approved this time esp since the distrib tier will try to kill it with the # of politicians they have in their pocket?
This is why alcohol producers and retailers must join forces to help pass self-distribution laws allowing wineries, distilleries and brewers to sell directly to retailers across state lines.
Interesting graph of Beer Purchaser's Index from Craft Brewing Business comparing March 2019 to 2020. Craft beer still has not recovered from the COVID crisis and hard seltzers have just gone ballistic #craftbeer#beertrends#beerindustry https://t.co/lmpaNcShYS
@ashleywbrandt I assume the chances are slim SCOTUS will take this case on as they denied cert to the Lebamoff vs Whitman(MI) appeal which is "similar". I assume this & the 6th Circuit Court ruling upholding 21st Amend will negatively affect all the other out of state retailer cases going on?
Link for someone to notify their California legislature to Vote YES to SB 620 which is a direct to consumer brewery & distiller shipping bill. Please forward this link to anyone you know in CA who would be interested in supporting this bill #beerdtc#dtc
