@MbalulaFikile @TrafficRTMC @Dotransport did you know that the traffic officials in the Eastern Cape target heavy vehicles to get their bribes. They impound the vehicles if the owner does not pay a bribe. Come on minister, where is your zero tolerance.

@MbalulaFikile Is there really a decline on fatalities as there are less vehicles on the roads. The roads are not as busy as they normally was this time of the year so maybe take that in account as well and then tell us if there is a decline.
