@TheSoulCab I am hopeful you are correct. But even London could not just revoke their permission to operate. Even when uber could not pick up at airports, they would just pay the ticket, but the cops did not impound the cars. People now worship the god of disruption.

@TheSoulCab @sargentjoelle I remember when the DMV said they needed commercial plates. The interpretation of the law was changed giving them sole exemption. The lawmakers, even at the highest level, are in their back pocket.
