Its felling by the forces of counter-revolution can no more stop this process than the bourgeoisie can stop the tide.

But the inevitability of the advent of socialism does not indicate that the process of transition is going to be either quick or easy. There is much work for the class-conscious workers to do in order to help the broader masses understand where their interests really lie and how they are manipulated by bourgeois propaganda into accepting their own enslavement.
