@jimmykorderas In New York we had a syndicated radio show called “Get In the Ring with Sir Adam and the Phantom”
They told us Paul Bearer was going to turn on Taker - me and @DroopyDoggg went to a Taker autograph signing, and 12 year old me told Taker what was gonna happen..
Didnt go well!
@jquadddddd@The7Line@orangebluething Difference between Piazza and the clowns you’re defending. He never waged war on the fan base. Nobody wins when you do that. Want to stop the boos? Make them cheer.
@ernestdove What’s puzzling is that they went and made a hand gesture and actually had a conversation about this and thought it was a good idea. Want to know how you stop boos? Play better. And if you can’t play better, don’t worry, the ballpark will be empty once football season starts
@robertbrender Someone needs to tell Baez that fans pay to watch this teams garbage. Meanwhile, players get paid to produce it. The players doing this are completely out of touch
@GreatBrianLast Manfred is more concerned with finding ways to make the game end quicker. That right there should tell you everything you need to know. Worst message you can send to current/future fans is we want you to see less of our game”.
@ernestdove Why did Rocker fall to the Mets? Clearly other organizations did their homework. That’s the issue here, not the money. This is more of the same with the Mets. Constant damage control.
@StevenACohen2 You hired the wrong people in the front office. That’s on you. The fact that this front office just whiffed on their first round selection should be a fireable offense if you actually care about winning like you say you do.
@PSLToFlushing There’s a reason he fell to us. The Mets look like fools here. The fact Cohen is practically taking a victory lap is really puzzling. You just whiffed on your first round selection. There’s no accolades to be had.
