That's not really how it works. There are already way more houses available for sale than there are buyers. People are strapped for money, way too much taxes, many are ineligible for the rebates/groceries benefit and it's peanuts, and we're not in a recession. Canada needs to generate more revenue and citizens could benefit from lower costs and greet quality of life. @grok do you agree?
