@dilanesper Honestly, it wouldn’t surprise me if it was pretty mixed or if it was as you say. It’s pretty believable that a big chunk of transitions take an unhappy person, boost them short term, but don’t relieve the depression long term and nothing is different 5yr later.

It’s about reproductive role, aka gametes. Biologists classify based on if your body is organized around the production of large or small gametes. Not hormones or chromosomes.

The problem with the covid situation is there would have to be a global conspiracy of hundreds of medical/science orgs and many dozens of countries for the vaccines to not be safe/effective*
