@The_Oodie you guys can't even send a parcel or give appropriate comms at least set expectations for people, not we have no idea yet someone who ordered after me got their order in 3 days, its been 4 weeks and nothing, you just give generic responses

@The_Oodie@LizPerrin2 You won't and the 12 day turn around for contact is a joke, but yet they are still taking orders even though cannot fulfill the ones they have, I'm now down over £150 before Christmas for a Christmas present as they don't seem to understand how to put stock tracking on their site
@The_Oodie happy yo take money for items but give no clear timescales, especially when ordering for Christmas presents, have no clear method of contact as you removed the chat bot and your email is a 12 day sla, will I get my parcel for Christmas?
@CeXSupport flat out having nothing but issues trying to understand what is happening with my credit voucher. Traded items that needed testing was told verbally it would be ready Sunday, nothing was heard so I went to the store and got told it would be issued and everything
@CeXSupport Why offer twitter or Facebook as only means of contact if no one will reply, also after being told the goucher was issued (can provide screen shots) I received a phone call to say 2 items aren't able to be taken but my voucher is now issued.
And I'm still without my credit but you put 3 items I traded out on display. I'm now still waiting, down time and money for fuel for having to continually go to your store, and no one seems to be able to help as well as no way to actually speak with someone if it isn't via
