Little bit of an experiment today. Really wanted to add patterns to the flowers instead of doing line work.

Happy with the way it turn out however next time I'll use less paint in the background... Got totally carried away with it - As the saying goes less it more😊

So after getting the boring stuff out the way, housework! I set to painting papers for a #collage.
I also ran out of pitt stick so resorted to blu tack to keep everything in place until operation glueing commenced.

Have to confess slightly chuffed with this one! 😁

What an earth!
Accidentally dropped a massive blob of black ink on my work!😬

A few choice words later, mister bottle, gold ink plus a few scribbles I decided to go with the flow!

And here it is.... Not bad for a bit of a balls up!

A beautiful Saturday spent listening to music & drawing.
Left the shading quite basic as I want to transfer it to watercolour paper.

Finally finished!

Even though this has taken me 12 hours over two weekends to paint I have loved every step of the way.

I also think I might have just found what I love to paint... Nature!
