Given the doctor has 1 year of experience (HJ), they move from fairly good pay to piss poor pay. They move from training and better working conditions, to working (not training) and worse working conditions. It offers nothing to doctors. It should be scrapped.

Most of the teaching hospitals in the north aren't offering residency in that field!.

For the first time yesterday, I witnessed a patient who recited the Shahada as his last statement. He simply said,

'La ilaha illallah, Muhammadur Rasulullah (SAW),' and breathed his last.Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un.

Honestly, this incident touched me deeply and made me ask myself if I will be able to do the same when my time comes. May Allah grant us a good ending.
