Update: Toronto Airport is now accepting traffic again following the earlier incident.
A long line of snow removal equipment is currently hard at work on the adjacent runway to ensure safe operations.

Injuries Reported: 8 total, with 1 critically injured. Passengers and Crew: All accounted for.

A Delta flight carrying roughly 80 passengers from Minnesota appears to have crash landed at Toronto Pearson Airport. No casualties have been reported as of this time. Numerous photos and videos have been released showing passengers safely exiting the plane, which flipped upside down. At least 8 people are injured, paramedics say.

Due to minor storm damage to the façade of Terminal 2, the underpass road (leading to Terminal 1 Departures Road & the T1 short-term car park) is currently closed.
Diversions are in place, allowing access to both T1 & the car park.
The road will re-open on Saturday morning. 🚗
Please note that access to the T1 Departure road is temporarily closed. Traffic management is in place, and vehicles are being diverted to the T2 Departure road.
