@ECPObesity@URHealth4Life My first focus is for better sleep patterns. Regularly I get 4/5 hours. When I hit a slump later in the day its hard to be active, to make good food choices and to even be as cognitive as I should be.
Better sleep for me would have a positive effect for the other areas!
