@UniversalORL Mark at the Super Mario Kart ride was awesome. Miriam at Stella Nova desk went above and beyond, she made me want to return there on my next visit and Rose in its store was fantastic. They represent why I will visit your resort instead of others on my next trip.

@Delta I tried to make a slight modification less than 30 mins after purchase. I was told I had to pay for that. If this does not get resolved I will vote by cancelling my Delta card and move to another airline.

@BuschGardensVA just a note that DarKoastee (the only roller coaster going) is running with 30% of the seats empty. Recommend you consider adding a single rider line to improve efficiency.

@PenskeMoving I reserved a truck and moving blankets, I showed up and there were no blankets. So I had to buy blankets, an expense that was a surprise. Your inventory system should be sophisticated enough to prevent customers from reserving items not in stock. Disappointing

@Delta 3 first class tickets and $150 to get two adults and a 3 year old into a lounge for this delicacy. We don't drink, so the cold water is a nice bonus. Maybe add some kids options to this masterpiece. So glad we went here and not a restaurant.
